We design, build, and test with accessibility in mind so that people with diverse abilities can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with LegalCase.
Standards
Our goal is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across content, navigation, color contrast, forms, and media.
What We Do
- Use simple, consistent layouts and clear navigation
- Prefer semantic HTML and native controls; add ARIA only as needed
- Provide meaningful alternative text for informative images
- Ensure full keyboard operability with visible focus states
- Maintain sufficient color contrast and support high-contrast/large-text modes
- Respect reduced motion preferences and limit non-essential animation
- Structure tables for screen readers; avoid images of text
- Provide captions/transcripts for media where applicable
Assistive Technologies
We test with keyboard-only navigation, VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), and NVDA (Windows), and target modern browsers and assistive technologies.
